The short version. Pilgrim Autofill stores the details you type into it on your own computer, inside your browser. They are never sent to the developer, to any server, or to any third party. There is no account, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind.

What the extension stores

Only what you choose to enter about each traveller:

Name, date of birth and gender
Photo ID type (Aadhaar Card or Passport) and the ID number
For passport holders: country, visa or OCS number, type of visa and visa validity date

Nothing is collected automatically. If you never add a traveller, nothing is stored at all.

Where it is stored

In your browser's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local), on the device you are using. The extension contains no code that sends data anywhere: it makes no network requests, loads no external scripts, and uses no remote code.

How it is used

Solely to fill the darshan booking form on ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in when you click the autofill button. The details are written into that page's form fields, in your browser, on your instruction. Submitting the booking remains entirely up to you.

What is never done

Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties.
It is never used for any purpose unrelated to filling this booking form.
It is never used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
No analytics, advertising, tracking or profiling of any kind is performed.
The developer has no access to your data and no way to obtain it.

Which sites it runs on

The extension is limited to ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in. It cannot read or act on any other website. This restriction is declared in the extension's manifest and enforced by Chrome.

Keeping and deleting your data

Your details stay until you remove them. Delete a single traveller with the bin icon in the extension's popup, or remove everything at once by uninstalling the extension — Chrome deletes an extension's local storage when it is removed. Clearing your browser data can also erase it.

Children

The extension is intended for adults arranging their own bookings. Details of children in a travelling group may be entered by the adult making the booking, and are treated exactly like any other entry: kept locally, never transmitted.

Changes to this policy

If the extension ever changes what it stores or does, this page will be updated before that version is published, and the date above will change.
